Founder of Spot On Hockey, Perry Kane, has been coaching youth hockey players for the past 20 years. He has helped train players to excel and elevate their game to reach the NHL, Major Junior, and collegiate levels.

Our goal is to further expand our organization and continue to establish Spot On Hockey training programs throughout Canada and the United States. Our proceeds go back into providing ice time for minority youth hockey players across North America.

"We will continue to break boundaries, create new opportunities and be a driving force in helping bring change to not only the culture of hockey, but the faces as well".

Our Mission

Spot On Hockey is a Canadian training program established to help youth hockey players develop the skills they need to elevate their game to the next level. One of our main initiatives is helping young black players and visible minorities learn the game of hockey and give them an equal opportunity to succeed in this sport.

We want to provide our youth with the feeling of ownership and acceptance over the sport that they love. Too often do we see black players and visible minorities experience the unwelcome environment that continues to exist in the game of hockey today on all levels. It is our mission to provide these players with the opportunities that they deserve.
